First: Vision and Mission

Is the institute's future vision clear and inspiring to you?

Does the institute's mission reflect its primary current role (education/training)?

Do you feel that the vision and mission accurately express the institute's ambitions?

Do you find it easy to memorize and understand the vision and mission statements?

Second: Values

Are the institute's core values clear and understandable?

Are the values (such as excellence, commitment, innovation) practiced in daily interactions within the institute?

Do you believe these values help achieve a positive work environment?

Third: Goals & Objectives

Are the strategic goals specific, measurable, and realistic?

Are the institute's goals linked to improving the training outcomes for trainees?

Do your department's goals contribute directly to achieving the institute's overarching goals?

Does the institute set a clear timeframe for achieving its goals?

Fourth: Awareness & Publication

Have you been informed about the strategy document (Vision/Mission/Values)?

Are the available means (website, boards, meetings) sufficient to know the strategy?

Are strategic goals discussed in regular department meetings?

Fifth: Application & Commitment

Do you feel personal responsibility towards achieving the institute's mission?

Do you adhere to the values when making decisions or training?

Do you notice a reflection of the vision in the approved training programs?
