Admission Conditions

To enroll in a diploma program, applicants must meet the following conditions set by Umm Al-Qura University:

  • 1Must be a Saudi national, or hold a valid residency permit (Iqama) for non-Saudis
  • 2Hold a high school certificate or equivalent
  • 3Be medically fit
  • 4Must not have been previously dismissed for disciplinary reasons from any university
  • 5Pay the diploma fees before the semester begins

Bachelor's Degree Bridging

All diplomas offered are accredited intermediate diplomas, qualifying holders to apply for bridging programs to complete a bachelor's degree at Saudi universities. Acceptance into a bridging program depends on the target university's conditions, availability of a matching bridging program, seat availability, and competition among applicants.

Bridging is not automatically guaranteed — admission is fully competitive and depends on the receiving university's conditions.
